Sales Engineer SOP (Charlie)
Objective: Drive technical sales solutions, support complex sales processes, and bridge the gap between technical capabilities and customer business needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide in-depth technical product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.

Develop and deliver customized technical solutions that address specific client challenges.

Collaborate closely with sales team to understand client requirements and technical constraints.

Conduct comprehensive technical evaluations and proof-of-concept demonstrations.

Prepare detailed technical proposals, solution architectures, and implementation roadmaps.

Support pre-sales activities, including technical discovery calls and client consultations.

Assist in creating technical documentation, case studies, and product collateral.

Provide post-sales technical support and ensure successful client onboarding.

Maintain deep understanding of company's AI-powered PSA and automation solutions.

Continuously update technical knowledge of product capabilities and market trends.

Participate in product feedback loops and contribute to product development insights.
