Project Muse

In a world of AI content running rampant, Muse provides a safe haven for real humans to share their content and generate real world value with their content. 

Muse is a combination of 3 different projects: 

1. Muse Wallet - an app for users to manage the coins they purchase from individual content creators or agencies
2. Muse Pass - A content creation and sharing platform that allows users to post premium content and share with consumers in exchange for the creators coin similar to only fans 
3. Muse Exchange - A coin exchange similar to coin base that allows creators to create their coin and get listed on the exchange. This app will also allow users to purchase/sell creators coins as an investment.

Additionally, Project Muse will work in collaboration with Fair Bank and Trust in order to manage the conversion of Fiat to Crypto and will serve as our preferred bank to back all of our creators coins.

Requirements

We will have a number of different requirements to satisfy in order to make Muse possible

Muse Exchange

1. Muse Exchange must make it easy for creators to create their own coin, onboarding should be simple and not need technical support
   1. In order to make this possible, we might need to create our own provider that users can fork off of
2. Muse Exchange should be able to see real time prices of content creators coins 
3. Users of Muse Exchange must be able to purchase and sell content creator coins
4. Any purchase of coin from fiat should be charged a 5% commission towards the maintenance of the platform

Muse Wallet

1. Muse Wallet should allow users to view their coins
2. Users should be able to see their purchase history
3. Users should be able to purchase more coin of any content creator
4. Wallet and Exchange should work closely together to give users an overview of all of their financials in relation to muse 
5. Muse exchange and wallet should have an exposed API to allow other applications to integrated into Muse's crypto platform 

Muse Pass

1. Muse Pass should allow creators to post new content and attach a coin amount to it - Muse Pass will make Muse Coin available to creators who don't necessarily want to create their own coin. 
2. Muse Pass should allow creators to set the price of their subscription only once (with Muse Pass giving a recommendation based on current market conditions) 
3. Muse Pass should allow creators to create NFTs and allow users to purchase those NFTs in the creators coin. 
4. Users should be able to view their subscriptions, chat with the creator, and view their purchased content (NFTs)
5. Users should be able to search for creators and subscribe
   1. Should users need a subscription in order to purchase content?
6. Should creators be able to sell physical creations?
7. Muse Pass should allow for filtering of NSFW content (similar to Reddit)
   1. We should use AI as much as possible to identify NSFW content with additional moderation
8. All creators must go through an identity and background check process in order to post content or create a coin
   1. Additional manual moderation will be required
9. Users should be able to report content creators
10. Muse pass should let creators have the option to run ads on their content so they can still give away their content for free if they choose to
11. Muse pass should allow creators to post pay-per-view content 
12. Potentially, Muse pass could allow creators to generate their own apps (PWAs)
13. Users should be able to flag potential AI generated content
    1. Muse Pass should use AI to recognize AI generated content and denote the content with an AI badge similar to NSFW content
    2. Any AI generated content not marked initially as AI generated will be removed and the creator will receive a warning

Additional

1. None of these apps need to be native, we will run into problems publishing these apps to either app store - we can just deploy on the web

Go to Market

In order to go to market, muse will need to onboard 100 content creators from various backgrounds including:

1. Educational
2. Religious
3. Artists
4. NSFW
5. Podcasts 
6. General Entertainment

At a 5% commission, the muse would need to handle $20,000,000/yr in order to hit an ARR of $1,000,000. this means that each creator must net $200,000/yr - current only fans models on average earn around 2,000 a year. at 10,000 creators, we would be netting $1,000,000. We have the following levers that will control our ARR:

1. Commission Rate
2. Creators
   1. Subscriptions
   2. Digital Content (NFTs) Sales
3. Subscribers
4. Value of the creator coin

Unlike only fans and other premium content services, we will offer a trading platform that will increase our number of transactions based on an investor pool. Each creator coin will be have a finite volume and the coins will increase in price. Muse exchange will be modeled after a traditional stock exchange where the price is based on how much people are willing to pay for each coin.
